We ensure that every product is dispatched in a perfect condition in a secure packaging and try our best that it reaches within the stipulated time frame committed by us. In order to make your experience seamless and hassle-free, please review our shipping and delivery policy.

SHIPPING TYPE
We outsource our delivery via delivery partners and ship only via Standard mode of shipping or Surface delivery wherein the product reaches you within 7 business days. Kindly note, it may take more than 8 business days for certain orders to be delivered. Incase you want express delivery it will be on a case by case chargeable basis, if possible. Please get in touch with our team for the same. Kindly note the carrier does not take responsibility of damages in transit. 

SHIPPING CHARGES 
There are no additional shipping charges for deliveries within UAE. We offer free shipping nationwide. 

PACKAGING
All items are carefully packaged at our warehouse to avoid any form of damage. Our products are packed safely in boxes with high quality laser cut foam to secure the package. Our products are wrapped and sealed with a tamper and weather proof packaging to ensure that you receive your order in safe and secure condition. If you find any kind of discrepancies, or if the package is upon delivery looks tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the package and immediately Whatsapp our Customer Service at +918882327435 (Monday – Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM) or email us at hello@shophomeedition.com.

Each packaging comes with a note instructing to 'Make a Video' while unboxing of the packaging upon delivery. Kindly note, this is mandatory to claim a replacement or store credit in event of a damaged or defective delivery.
