Your shopping experience at Home Edition should be seamless, transparent and secure. We go the distance to ensure that every transaction on our website is simple and take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards when it comes to our products and their packaging.
It is imperative to make a video while unboxing your product due to its fragile nature so as to claim returns on any damaged or defective products.Please note that no damage claims will be accepted without an unboxing / unpacking video when you receive the delivery.
In case you receive a damaged / defective product, please share the unboxing video and a few photographs as proof of damage as soon as you receive the delivery & we will replace it for you provided the product is in stock. A credit note will be issued otherwise.
Due to fragile nature of product - damage has to be reported on the same day of the delivery along with the photographs and unboxing video. No claims will be entertained or accepted otherwise.
No Refund Policy :
We do not offer refunds. Any disputes arising in relation to damaged, defective products or otherwise will be solely resolved with reference to the Terms of Service.
No Exchange & Returns :
We do not offer exchanges and returns due to the fragile nature of the products.
Note: Please do not accept any package if it is tampered with or visibly damaged upon delivery
Warranty :
We do not offer any warranty or guarantee on our products as these are purely for decoration purposes.
